Dual Plate Check ValveThe Dual Plate Check Valves are mechanical valves which allow one way flow only. As name suggests there are two platesmechanically fitted with the spring. This spring activated with the fluid pressure and when the line pressure become zero, the valve is closed by spring.The main feature of the check valve is to secure the pipe line and other costly instruments from the back pressure.It is a one of an economic check valve with the higher slamming effect.Due to low slamming effect, it is very popular from plenty of the process industries.It is more economical than swing check valves.

Check Valve is a soft-seated dual-plate check valve that conforms to API 594. The valve with cast iron body is available in sizes 2” (50 mm) to 12” (300 mm), in PN 10, PN 16 and ASME Class 125 pressure ratings.

Disc Check Valve (DCV) is wafer type non return valvemanufactured from stainless steel SS316 material. DCV isdesigned for handling water, steam and condensate.

Its springloaded design permit flow only in one direction and prevent flowin the reverse direction.

These valves are used in process lines, hot & cold watersystems, heating systems, steam and condensate lines, oillines.

Disc Check Valves feature a wafer type, compact and rugged Cast Stainless Steel design and are suitable for any process liquid, air, gas, steam etc.

The Single Disc Check Valve (Wafer Type Disc Check Valve) consists of four main components: the body, a disc, a star guide and a spring. The Disc check valves are opened by the pressure of fluid and closed through compression spring as soon as flow stops thus preventing reverse flow.

The design of Wafer Design, Sandwich Type Single Disc Spring Loaded Check Valves allows them to be installed between any flanges of different standard and in any position; including vertical pipelines where the fluid flows downwards.

Wafer Type Spring Loaded Single Disc Check Valves is also available with Zero Leakage by the use of Soft Seat.
